Tool Management

Your Tools Are Walking Off the Jobsite. You Just Don't Know Which Ones.

Construction and fleet companies lose 5–10% of their portable tool inventory every year through theft, misplacement, and damage. Mid-size firms spend upwards of $400,000/year replacing tools that were never properly tracked. HVI gives you a full tool catalog with serial numbers, issue/return tracking with accountability on every checkout, and Lost Returned flags when tools come back short.

Why Tool Tracking Matters

Tools Without Tracking Disappear. The Numbers Prove It.

Every tool without a serial number, checkout record, and return log is a tool you'll eventually replace — and never know why.
