The transit damage photo standard — without this, warranty claims argue themselves out

Transit damage is the single most contested category in post-delivery disputes. A truck moves from OEM plant to distribution yard to dealer to your terminal, and can pick up damage at any of those legs. Once you sign acceptance, arguing that a specific scratch or dent pre-existed the acceptance moment requires a photo record dated at PDI. A fleet manager on the warranty claim that turned on PDI photos

Why is a pre-delivery inspection important for new trucks?
